Caribbean Poker Codes and Hints

[ English ]

Online poker has become world celebrated lately, with televised championships and celebrity poker game shows. Its universal appeal, though, arcs back in reality a bit further than its television scores. Over the years several variations on the original poker game have been developed, including a handful of games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of the above-mentioned games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to 21 than traditional poker, in that the players wager against the house instead of each other. The succeeding hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is no concealment or other kinds of deceptiveness. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up before the croupier broadcasting "No further bets." At that instance, both you and the casino and of course every one of the different players are given five cards. Once you have observed your hand and the dealer’s first card, you must in turn make a call wager or surrender. The call wager’s value is akin to your beginning ante, meaning that the stakes will have increased two fold. Giving Up means that your bet goes directly to the dealer. After the wager is the showdown. If the house doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your bet is returned, plus a figure in accordance with the ante. If the house does have ace/king or better, you win if your hand defeats the dealer’s hand. The casino pays chips even with your wager and controlled odds on your call bet. These odds are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • 2-1 for two pairs
  • three to one for three of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • five to one for a flush
  • seven to one for a full house
  • 20-1 for a four of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • 100-1 for a royal flush
