Web poker has become globally famous lately, with televised championships and celebrity poker game shows. The games popularity, though, arcs back quite a bit further than its TV scores. Over the years many variants on the original poker game have been created, including a few games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these particular games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely resembling chemin de fer than long-standing poker, in that the players bet against the casino instead of each other. The succeeding hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is no conniving or other kinds of concealment. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up prior to the croupier broadcasting "No further bets." At that instance, both you and the casino and of course all of the different gamblers receive five cards. Once you have seen your hand and the bank’s 1st card, you must either make a call wager or give up. The call bet’s value is akin to your original wager, meaning that the risks will have doubled. Abandoning means that your bet goes instantly to the casino. After the bet is the conclusion. If the casino doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your bet is returned, with a sum in accordance with the ante. If the casino has a hand with ace/king or greater, you win if your hand is greater than the casino’s hand. The casino pays money equal to your ante and set odds on your call wager. These odds are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- two to one for 2 pairs
- 3-1 for 3 of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
- fifty to one for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
