Novice Tactics for Double-Hand Poker

[ English ]

Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old origins. Founded on the old Chinese tile game and the current American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the western in an awesome game for starting gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player against the croupier, unlike the majority of other poker games that players play against other gamblers. By gambling against the dealer, new players don’t need to fret about any other, more knowledgeable players winning their cash.

An additional Pai Gow edge is the fairly leisurely game pace, beginners should be able to take their time and plan while not needing to make hasty choices.

It’s also simpler to play for a long time with only a tiny bit of cash seeing as, to not win, both of your hands must be lower than both of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card common deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned seven cards face up and the croupier receives 7 cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and a 2 card hand must be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand must be stronger than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be higher than the dealer’s.
